In a small bowl, add olive oil and agave syrup. Whisk until smoothly blended. |

Cut the bread into 1/2-inch thick slices. Arrange the slices on a large baking sheet. |

Using a pastry brush, coat each side with the agave/oil mixture. |

Bake, approximately 5 to 8 minutes on each side, until all is golden brown. |
