Our recipes are classified by category: starters, sauces, meals, desserts, baking, beverages and cocktails to better help you identify and facilitate the development of your balanced menus.
We show you the general time of preparation and cooking recipes. Preparation time often includes soaking time, marinade, refrigeration or rest.
Placed at the end of many recipes, these valuable insights will enable you to adapt the dish, find alternatives or to vary the flavours. These tips also provide information and advice from our chefs with technical and material preparation.
